La Samorra was born from a simple idea: to bring back the flavour of traditional taverns. Places with a lively bar, long conversations, good wine and dishes made for sharing.
Next to the Almudín, we have created a welcoming kitchen with character and honesty. A place to visit for the first time and want to return to.

Our cooking speaks of memories, family and craft: of Els Poblets, neighbourhood bars and Valencian recipes that need no artifice to move you.
Figatells, gamba amb bleda, titaina, all i pebre and local produce. Every dish is guided by the same things: flavour, truth and a desire to share.

We like to tell the story of the land through the glass too. That is why we have gathered a great selection of Valencian wines from wineries and makers who work the land with a distinctive sense of place.
